Here's to all people from Metuchen, We might finally be put on the map. The number 1 NBA first draft pick for 2015 played for St. Joseph, which is in Metuchen, in High School. Recently during the all star game Karl won the skills contest(See my All star game post).

Why are Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry called the "Splash Brothers"

The Splash Brothers nickname refers to the duo's ability to "splash" the net with the ball, particularly on three-point shots.^[17] The term began in 2012 in a tweet from Brian Witt, a writer for the Warriors website. On December 21 against the Charlotte Bobcats, Curry and Thompson had combined for 25 points and seven 3-pointers by halftime, when Witt posted an update of their performance on the team's Twitter account with a #SplashBrothers hashtag; Golden State would win the game 115–100.^[25] The name was a play off an older nickname for another pair of San Francisco Bay Area teammates, baseball players Jose Canseco and Mark McGwire, who were known as the Bash Brothers when they played for the Oakland Athletics.^[16][25] The Warriors liked the nickname, and encouraged Witt to continue tweeting it.

Klay Thompson in a extremely heated three point shooting contest against his ,"Splash Brother," He came out victorious.
Zach Lavine won the slam dunk contest which in my opinion was highway robbery. Aaron Gordon's over the mascot under the legs dunk was amazing. Look for the link to watch it below

Are the Kobe 11s really better than the Kobe 9s and 8s?

According to a recent video about the performance of the Kobe 11s the Kobe 11s are not really much better then the Kobe 9s and 10s.

These are the Kobe 11s. While they may look amazing they really arent

Kobe 8s are a little worse then the 11s but are high quality shoes and will get the job done using less money

 

Kobe 9s are really the same thing except looks.( In my opinion they look better)
